Re:  Cooking Club

I am happy to announce that I will be teaching a Cooking Club at Mattanawcook Jr. High School, afterschool for grades 4th through 8th.  The Cooking Club will take place in the kitchen of the school. There will be two separate groups which we will meet on Mondays from 2:30-3:30. (Please see the schedule below). Space is limited and students will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The classes will consist of 10 students in each group.  There will be a sign up sheet in the office each week for your student(s) to sign up on. Each Group will receive the recipe of the day, the equipment, and the ingredients we will be using. Everyone in the group will participate in the preparation, cooking, tasting, and cleaning. I will be assisting the groups and I will be the only one in charge of the oven/stove for safety reasons. Unfortunately, at this time, the district is unable to offer a late bus due to lack of staffing, so students will need to walk or have a ride at 3:30. Please let me know of any food allergies.
