RSU No. 67 is seeking a dynamic, personable, and visionary educational leader to lead Ella P. Burr Elementary School and its team of talented educators.  RSU No. 67 strives to continually build upon our strengths to enhance the quality of education for ALL students. 

The next principal of Ella P. Burr Elementary School will have the following:

• A passion for academic excellence

• Successful experience as a classroom teacher and administrator

• Extensive knowledge of elementary school level curriculum, instruction, and assessment

• Deep understanding of elementary school dynamics and the needs of elementary school students

• Dedication to student-centered learning

• Collaborative leadership skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a variety of responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Applicants must hold or be eligible for Building Administrator Certification (040).
