The R.S.U. No. 67 Board of Directors meets at 7:00 pm at the Mattanawcook Academy Library. Generally, the Board meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Occasionally, during busy holiday seasons or school vacations, only one monthly meeting is scheduled. July usually has no meeting.

Special meetings are quite common, especially in the spring when budget preparations often result in weekly board meetings and/or budget workshops. Other special meetings are called, if required by circumstances.

In accordance with the Freedom of Access (Right-to-Know) law, board meetings are held in public. The Board may go into private or executive sessions, upon a vote of 3/5 of the members present and voting, for consideration of certain matters specified in law (such as personnel, student suspension/expulsion, contracts to negotiate, collective bargaining, legal advice or pending litigation). No final action may be taken in executive sessions.
